Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (Taiwan)

I offer two delivery options (these prices are current as of August 2026 and are subject to change):

  1. 7-11, Family Mart, or Hi-Life store-to-store shipping: NT$60 per order. I’ll need the correct store name or store number as well as recipient’s name and phone number.
  2. Post office home delivery: NT$80 per order. Enter your home address at checkout.

Orders ship within 48 hours of payment. If you order on a holiday, it’ll go out on the next working day. Questions? Get in touch HERE.

International Shipping

I ship internationally to a growing list of countries via Taiwan Postal Service using Standard Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS) where available.

A few things to know:

  1. I’ll send you a tracking number as soon as the postal service provides one, so you can go online to check where your package is.
  2. For most countries, I don’t collect VAT, duty, import, customs, or any other fees on your behalf. Please check with your local customs agency to find out what you might owe before ordering. In some cases, taxes must be collected and paid before I can ship. I will inform you of this beforehand.
  3. Shipping times are estimates only, international shipping can occasionally be delayed by factors outside anyone’s control.
  4. All orders to the United States are subject to an automatic customs surcharge which I am obligated to collect and pay at time of posting. This surcharge is based on the total cost of the item in US dollars at the exchange rate on the day of posting. 12% must therefore be added to the total to cover these taxes.
