The vinyl and jacket are in fantastic shape. The OIS has the beginnings of a small seam split on one edge due to the original shipping method.

Although there is a visible scratch on one side, it couldn't be felt with a finger and didn't affect playback when play tested. Complete with OBI and Insert.
